History

Building on company roots planted in 1962 by James L. Williams, Chad Williams took the leadership roll in 1988 and has since expanded the company dramatically to encompass multiple business entities. As one of the largest privately held developers and operators of mission-critical, office technology space in the United States, Quality Group of Companies owns and operates in excess of 2 million square feet of real estate nationally.
