Fast Track, Technically-Advanced Projects

Team Quality continues to pursue and thrive in fast track technically advanced projects. It understands that a true partnership mentality is critical. Quality has had great partnerships with many Fortune 500 companies as well as government entities including the National Park Services. Quality’s mission critical facilities are the only data center operations group that have multiple facilities approved which have passed IBM audits. Suwanee facility is one of only a few data centers in the nation to pass an audit by IBM to become an authorized service delivery partner for IBM Global Services, providing tech services to IBM for their customers. Quality understands a true partnership mentality. It has had great partnerships with other government entities including the National Park Service project in Tucson, Arizona, where the project scope changed dramatically after the award because this was the first ever construction of this type in a lease-back scenario for NPS.  Through it all, we never lost focus that NPS was first and foremost Quality’s customer and partner.  Quality delivered the project 4 months early and under budget and most importantly gave NPS everything it wanted and needed to execute the very important mission of preserving the National treasures.

By obtaining this compliance, Quality Technology Services proves its commitment in developing and maintaining a comprehensive corporate control program through asset classification, BCP/DR, compliance, computer and network management, information security, organization and management, personnel security, physical and environmental security, system access, and system development and maintenance initiatives.

Quality also embraces the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework, a set of concepts and techniques for managing information technology infrastructure, development and operations.  By adhering to the ITIL framework, Quality Technology follows best practices demonstrating their commitment to long term service strategy.
