Suwanee facility is one of only a few data centers in the nation to pass an audit by IBM to become an authorized service delivery partner for IBM Global Services, providing tech services to IBM for their customers. Quality understands a true partnership mentality. It has had great partnerships with other government entities including the National Park Service project in Tucson, Arizona, where the project scope changed dramatically after the award because this was the first ever construction of this type in a lease-back scenario for NPS. Through it all, we never lost focus that NPS was first and foremost Quality’s customer and partner. Quality delivered the project 4 months early and under budget and most importantly gave NPS everything it wanted and needed to execute the very important mission of preserving the National treasures.

Quality also embraces the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework, a set of concepts and techniques for managing information technology infrastructure, development and operations.
