Prior to joining QGC, Andrew served in leadership positions of prominent real estate firms including NAI nVision, Copaken White & Blitt, CBRE, Block and Company, and Sprint.

Sandy Stanish brings over 30 years of Real Estate Management experience to the QGC team focusing on project/team management. Sandy has successfully managed over 50 million in capital improvement and environmental remediation projects and led teams managing over 10 million Square Feet of commercial real estate. Prior to joining QGC Sandy served in Senior management positions with CB Richard Ellis, Sprint, Yellow Freight Systems.
Chris Bauer brings over 12 years of Real Estate experience to the QGC team and where he provides legal support. Chris is a licensed attorney and received his law degree from the University of Nebraska in 2002. Prior to joining QGC Chris served in leadership roles at CBRE and Sprint focusing primarily on commercial leasing.
Mohua Edwards brings over 15 years of Real Estate and general corporate experience to the QGC team where she provides legal support. Mohua received her law degree with honors from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1999 and is licensed in both Missouri and Kansas. Prior to joining QGC Mohua served in roles at KR Legal Management, Dunn, Keller, Gillespie, Johnston & Latz, and Sprint where she focused primarily on real estate transactional work.

Steve Faron brings over 40 years of experience in Interior design, space planning and furniture design to QOI. Steve has worked with QOI for 25 years and enjoys designing all elements into a harmonious whole. Prior to working with QOI, Steve served in sales and leadership roles with Kivett Myers Architects and American Business Interiors.
